The spaces they design are places where people love spending their time at and with an aim to bring even more services to occupants of these buildings, More brand by HB Reavis has decided to create an online tool that could be scaled among all its office buildings in Europe.
CRESCO real estate company has been developing projects since 1992, with many successful commercial and residential buildings across Europe. One of their most popular one is a residential project in Bratislava, Slnečnice (transl. "Sunflowers"), which has already been years in the making and when finished, it will be a home to more than 15,000 people. Since the project has already been active for many years, the website has started to be outdated and not sufficient for the planned expansion of residential and commercial buildings.
